Oxford Fencing Club meets on Tuesdays and Fridays at Rye St Antony School in Headington and is affiliated to the British Fencing Association. It is a friendly club with a wide range of ages and abilities. Fencers from other clubs are very welcome as occasional visitors.
 
Coaches
The club's coaches are Matthew Thompson, a very experienced coach with up-to-date BFA accreditation at all three weapons, and Oliver Bickley, a recently qualified BFA foil coach.
 

The committee for 2008-9
The members of the club's committee for the year from September 2008 to August 2009 are Jorge Esteves, Ralph Evans (chairman), Gordon Hardie, Mark Leech, Daniel Newman (secretary), Arthur Nichols and Joe Rogers (treasurer).

The club's armourer is Martin Carter.

 

Competitions coordinator

The competitions coordinator is Jorge Esteves.
