Subscription
The subscription for the year from September 2010 to August 2011 is £145. Fencers are asked to pay their subscription in September. Alternatively twelve monthly payments of £13 may be made by standing order, provided a total of £156 is paid for the year.

The best way to pay a subscription is probably by online or telephone banking; to receive the necessary details please send an email to chairman@oxfordfencingclub.co.uk. Alternatively you can of course give the treasurer a cheque payable to Oxford Fencing Club.

Everyone who fences in the club should pay an annual subscription. Let the treasurer know, however, if you would have difficulty in paying the full subscription.

Family discount
To encourage family participation in fencing Oxford Fencing Club offers a discount of 50% on the subscription of second and subsequent members of a family who join the club in a year.

Visitors
The visitor's fee, for members of other fencing clubs, is £5 per visit.

Please make all payments to the club's treasurer.

BFA membership and insurance
It is the club's policy that everyone fencing in the club must have the insurance cover provided by some level of membership of the British Fencing Association. Full membership (adult £40; under-20 £30; under-14 £25) gives a range of benefits and is needed by those who wish to fence outside the club. Alternatively 'social' membership of the BFA gives you, for just £10, twelve months' insurance cover for non-competitive fencing within this club only, and cover for a single local competition.

Full membership is taken out directly from the BFA, social membership through the club. For details see British Fencing membership.
